Questions
Frequently asked questions
What rights do minority shareholders have?
Every shareholder has rights to information and inspection, attendance at general meetings and voting. Where the statutory conditions are met, a shareholder may seek annulment of a general meeting resolution contrary to law or the articles of association; those meeting the required shareholding threshold may also exercise minority rights.
What remedies are available in a dispute with a crypto-asset platform?
The agreement with the platform and transaction records are reviewed. Depending on the nature of the dispute, the appropriate route is identified from a civil claim, complaint or report of an offence.
