We process the data you provide by telephone, WhatsApp, email or the form on this website:
- Identity and contact information: first name, surname, telephone number and email address
- Your account of the matter and any documents you provide
Data collected through the website
The website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising scripts; fonts and images are loaded from our own server. Information entered in the contact form is not stored on any server. When you select the button, the information opens as a draft message in your own email application and reaches us only if you send it.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiry, assess your legal position and, if an attorney-client relationship is established, administer that relationship. The processing is based on its direct connection with the establishment or performance of a contract and on compliance with our legal obligations.
Data transfers
Within the scope of the attorney-client relationship and only to the extent necessary, your data is shared with judicial authorities, enforcement offices and public bodies authorised by law.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your correspondence may be stored on the servers of the companies providing those services. Email is provided by Google and messaging by WhatsApp, and the relevant servers may be located outside Turkey.
Retention
Data relating to enquiries that do not result in an attorney-client relationship is deleted within a reasonable period after the enquiry is concluded. Data relating to matters in which such a relationship is established is retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation.

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request rectification or erasure, and object to processing. You may submit requests to the email address below.
